Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid educational enrollments confirmed by Devstoragegrid. Informational prices on the website are not invoices.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment confirmation if you have accessed fewer than two scored lessons and have not attended a live Q&A session.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds are available when the timeframe and access conditions above are met. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if technical faults on our side prevented access for more than five consecutive business days.

Non-refundable items

Optional one-to-one written feedback already delivered, third-party examination fees (if any), and completed live coaching slots are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@devstoragegrid.digital with your full name, enrollment date, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used on your invoice. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation

You may cancel future cohort access at any time; cancellation alone does not create a refund outside the rules above. We may cancel a cohort with a full refund or transfer option if enrollment minimums are not met.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in Germany remain unaffected. If mandatory law grants a stronger remedy, that remedy applies.
